Manage stress and bring balance to your life with essential oils

Ancient wisdom has proved to be sound as modern science discovers that the aromas of therapeutic essential oils stimulate the limbic system of the brain, the centre of memory and emotion. This happens because the sense of smell is governed by the olfactory system, which has direct access to the brain. When essential oils are inhaled, the molecules are able to penetrate the limbic system, which brings about a powerful balancing effect on the mind, mood, and emotions, thus harmonising physical and emotional well-being.

Lemon Essential Oil
