Tell us your secret to clear skin

First, I watch what I eat. Second, I set up a

 

routine. I always wash my face before I sleep

 

and apply a regular skin care routine. Third,

 

I cleanse correctly. I fi nd the right cleanser,

 

one that’s not too harsh but has acne-fi ghting

 

ingredients like salicylic acid. I massage the

 

cleanser on for 30 seconds to one minute, then

 

rinse with lukewarm water. Fourth, I moisturise

 

using a hydrating toner or light moisturiser

 

after cleansing. And last but not least, I give

 

myself enough time to see real results.
