The best way to keep your body in balance, to me, is to make sure that I cleanse and nourish my body all the time. I watch my diet and live a nontoxic lifestyle. A healthy eating plan should include foods you enjoy along with plenty of healthy, not-too-processed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, seafood, beans, and nuts, which means avoiding toxic food like processed food or junk food. I also try out some detox diets once in a while. Outdoor exercise for fresh air is also a great help for me.

I strongly believe that our body and mind are inextricably connected. Hence, besides eating a healthy diet that includes a variety of vegetables and fruits and exercising at least four times a week, as well as trying to have six to seven hours of restful sleep every night, I would also take time to quiet my mind and meditate. I find that meditation not only helps me to clear my thoughts and calm my nerves, it also allows my body to relax and restore body and mind balance in the process.

We must always stay happy and build good relationships with family and people around us to create harmonious living. A healthy body requires exercise and a balanced diet. Ensure there is sufficient intake of vitamins, fibre and minerals in your diet. Plan nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, that include fruits and vegetables. Be active and stay healthy to build confidence in yourself and achieve whatever you desire.
